Phil Schanely, Assistant Professor of Interactive Design
Phil Schanely received his undergraduate degree from Cedarville in 2006 and was hired in the Center for Teaching and Learning at Cedarville soon afterward. He spent the next seven years in several different roles developing online courses and a variety of interactive web-based instructional solutions to serve the Academic Division. Along the way, he taught as an adjunct in the Department of Art, Design, and Theatre. He joined the faculty in 2014 and teaches interactive web design courses. He is currently pursuing an M.F.A. degree from Savannah College of Art and Design.

- Why Cedarville: I did not expect to stay at Cedarville. I loved my time here as an undergraduate, but expected I’d look for a job in a different state. God had better plans for me.
