Bible faculty and majors enjoy a department retreat weekend in the fall at a beautiful camp setting where they get to know each other and build relationships.
We have 150
Christian ministry opportunities
that open doors for you to serve in local churches, schools, social agencies, inner-city missions, and community programs.
As you prepare for personal ministry, Cedarville's daily
chapels
will introduce you to ministry leaders from around the world, like Dr. Alistair Begg, Dr. John Piper, Dr. Josh McDowell, Dr. Tony Evans, Dr. David Jeremiah, and many others.
You can enjoy field trips to Philadelphia and New York City to visit archeological museums, other college campuses for witnessing opportunities, the headquarters of mission boards and Christian publishing firms, inner-city ministries, or a mission work in South America.
More than 400 students, faculty, and staff serve in countries from Argentina to Zimbabwe during the summer and on Spring Break as part of Cedarville's extensive
Missions Involvement Services
(MIS) program. The annual Missions Conference also provides opportunities to meet missionaries, talk to mission board representatives, and prepare for global ministry.
Seminary
representatives come to campus each year for Seminary Day. Bible faculty share their expertise and counsel with preseminary students who are deciding which school is right for them.
As part of the Staley Lecture Series, leaders in the world of Christian scholarship come to campus to challenge our thinking and enrich our intellectual and spiritual lives. Recently these guests have included Dr. D.A. Carson, Dr. Bill Brown, Dr. Bruce Ware, and Dr. Frank Beckwith.
