Douglas C. Robinette is senior vice president of Enterprise Customer Experience. In this position Doug works with Nationwide’s key business units to ensure that we deliver a customer experience that is truly On Your Side®

Doug has served in numerous executive roles throughout the company; most recently he served as senior vice president of Customer Service for Nationwide’s Property/Casualty Operations.

He has also served as President of Nationwide’s exclusive agency operations, executive vice president for Nationwide’s corporate strategy and as president of Nationwide Strategic Investments, senior vice president of claims for Nationwide Insurance, senior vice president of finance for Nationwide Insurance, senior vice president of marketing and product management for Nationwide Financial, executive vice president of customer services of Employers Insurance for Wausau, and executive vice president of finance and insurance services for Wausau. He joined Nationwide in 1986 after a nine year career with KPMG Peat Marwick.

Robinette received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.

Doug and Sally have two sons, Eric and Keith. Eric is a Cedarville graduate, and Keith is a junior there.
