Steve Winteregg (Associate Academic Vice President)
Dr. Winteregg, serves as the associate academic vice president of the college of arts and sciences. He earned his D.M.A. degree from The Ohio State University in 1987. Dr. Winteregg is an award-winning composer and has had many of his compositions performed around the world. He has also served as Principal Tuba in the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra. He joined the Cedarville University faculty in 2004.

Shelly Nutter
Shelly Nutter began serving as the administrative assistant to the associate academic vice president for the college of arts and sciences in 2007. She was the administrative assistant for the department of science and mathematics for seven years prior to her current position. Shelly has a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from Eastern Michigan University and holds a valid Ohio teaching license. Shelly and her husband, Gary, have been married since 1977 and have a son and two daughters. Their son, Brandon, graduated from Cedarville in 2003 and serves as associate pastor at First Alliance Church in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Brandon and his wife, Bethany, have two sons. Their daughters both graduated from Liberty University: Lindsay, in 2007 and Lauren, in 2011. Shelly enjoys traveling, hanging out with family, golfing, and spending time with her grandsons.
