The role of the Christian theatre artist is defined and explored through the biblical metaphors of salt and light. The student will evaluate selected plays, both classic and contemporary, through a bibilical perspective. The course addresses issues faced by the Christian artist regarding career choices and the challenges faced in contemporary theatre. The final project of the course is a research paper presenting the student's response to the question: What are the bibilcal requirements for the Christian in theatre?
