Dual Enrollment course grades become part of a student’s permanent academic record at Cedarville University. Copies of semester grades will be mailed to the student’s home address as well as the high school guidance counselor (if applicable) once grades have been transcripted at the end of the term. Grading system and criteria used by each faculty member should be included in the syllabus distributed to the class at the beginning of the term.

Students may view unofficial transcripts at CedarInfo under the heading Academic (Student) Transactions. Students may request official transcripts online at the registrar’s webpage.

A student must initiate a grade appeal prior to the end of the next regular academic semester following the term in which the grade was received. It is the student’s responsibility to support a grade change.
