New Students:
- Are registered following acceptance into the dual enrollment (DE) program, payment of the $50 non-refundable deposit*, and submission of the Course Request Form (CRF)
- May register for 6.5 hours maximum if GPA standards are met and ACT/SAT/PSAT/PLAN scores are in the top 25th percentile; students may register for up to 4 hours if academic credentials are less
- Are not guaranteed availability of a particular course by acceptance into dual enrollment*
Continuing Students:
- Will receive next semester's Course Request Form (CRF) by email from the DE coordinator
- Must complete and return their CRF by January 9 for spring semester registration and by April 15 for fall semester registration**
- Do not need a deposit to register for spring semester but must pay a non-refundable $50 deposit for fall registration
- Must have DE GPA of 3.25 at time of registration to register for 7-11 hours
- Must have DE GPA of 3.00 at time of registration to register for up to 6.5 hours
- Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 in DE courses to continue as a DE student
* All DE students are registered after University student registration is complete. Registration for fall semester DE students begins around July 1, and registration for spring semester DE students begins around November 15. However, DE students are registered in the order of the date of deposit on a first-come, first-served basis. The DE coordinator will notify you by email when you are registered.
** Students who are registering for their second DE semester will be registered based on new student criteria. These students may add hours according to continuing student criteria when first semester grades are available.
