Biography

Professor Hess has taught in the Department of Education at Cedarville University for 12 years. Prior to that, she taught in Xenia Community Schools for almost 20 years. She is the program coordinator for middle childhood and teaches reading and literature course work. Her greatest pleasure is found in motivating, encouraging, and mentoring students to take current best practices into the classroom to become the teacher God wants them to be.
