Our ABET accredited B.S.M.E degree program prepares students for a career in the field of mechanical engineering or for graduate study. The Engineering Projects Laboratory (EPL) will support student design competitions sponsored by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and SAE International. It will also house the shop equipment which students can use to fabricate components for their project vehicles. Through the many laboratory experiences, design competitions, and internships, students can gain valuable real-world experience while they pursue their engineering degree.
