International Studies - Social Science
The international studies major utilizes courses from several academic disciplines to prepare students for a variety of internationally focused careers. Three concentrations enable students to focus on a particular area of interest within the international context.
- The global economics and international business concentration prepares business-oriented students for careers in international management, marketing, finance, comparative economics, missions, and the foreign service. [More info]

The major requirements consist of 51 semester hours, including 21 hours of core requirements and 30 hours for the social science concentration. More information, including a suggested 4-year plan, is available in the online catalog.
