The International Studies major utilizes courses from several academic disciplines to prepare students for a variety of internationally focused careers. Three Concentrations enable students to focus upon a particular area of interest within the international context.
- The Global Economics and International Business concentration prepares business-oriented students for careers in international management, marketing, finance, comparative economics, missions, and the foreign service. [More info]

- The Social Science concentration prepares students for careers in areas such as the foreign service, international media, international relations, and missions. [More info]
Program Requirements
The major requirements consist of 51 semester hours, including 21 hours of core requirements and 30 hours for the social science concentration. More information, including a suggested 4-year plan, is available in the online catalog.
