Biography - Michal grew up in Fairborn, OH. She attended Ohio University where she met her husband. Her family has lived in Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and Alaska. She taught high school English in Chesapeake, Virginia and worked in an A.C.E. learning center in Fairbanks, Alaska. She home-schooled their 4 children for 5 years before going to work full-time outside the home. Since starting in the Library in 1994, she worked in Serials for 7 years and has been cataloging full-time since 2001.
