The field of organizational communication focuses on the study of communication processes in the organizational context. The Organization Communication major integrates knowledge of organizational and communication processes with the development of important communication skills. The major provides background in topics such as: leadership, group processes, training and development, interviewing, conflict management and negotiation. Students develop oral, written and interpersonal skills along with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
