Technical and Professional Communication

The Technical and Professional Communication major prepares students for positions as communication experts in a variety of industries. The major itself involves 56 semester hours in specific technical and professional communication courses. To be admitted to the technical and professional communication program a student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 in ENG- 1400 Composition, TPC-3010 Style for Technical Communicators, and TPC-3100 Designing Visual Communication.
