Department of Nursing

Thank you for your interest in the Cedarville University department of nursing! Our goal is to prepare nursing professionals who excel in godly living, compassionate care, cultural sensitivity, and information management to use nursing as a ministry for Jesus Christ. Cedarville nursing graduates deliver care from a knowledge base grounded in the Bible, the art and science of nursing, the biological and behavioral sciences, and the humanities. At Cedarville, nursing is much more than learning information and practicing skills. You will also see how your relationship with God directly influences the nursing care you provide.

Accreditation

The department of nursing program is nationally accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education and has full approval by the Ohio Board of Regents and the Ohio Board of Nursing.
