Biography
Rachel Parrill received a B.S.N. from Cedarville in 1997, an M.S. with a concentration in Community Health Clinical Nurse Specialist from Wright State University in 2006, and a Ph.D. from Walden University in 2011. She serves on the missions committee at her local church. Rachel has been at Cedarville since 2005.
