A study of the theoretical methods that currently drive research in the field of English studies. Marxism, Feminist and Gender theories, Structuralism, Post-Structuralism, Cultural Criticism, Psychological Criticism, Reader- Response theories, and Formalis approaches will be analyzed from a Christain perspective. Upper level literature courses cannot be used as a substitution for the general education literature requirement. Prerequisite: LIT-2090 Literary Analysis;
