The school of pharmacy is led by a dean reporting directly to the academic vice president. Academic departments within the school include the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Department of Pharmacy Practice, both led by department chairs. The Student and Professional Services Department is led by the associate dean.
Because of the key role they play in shaping the lives of their students, faculty members constitute one of the most critical elements of a school. Consequently, Cedarville University maintains high standards for those it hires to teach its students. These qualifications include outstanding professional and academic credentials, a vibrant relationship with Christ, a full commitment to our mission and theological position, and a mentoring approach to teaching.
By the time the program reaches maturity in its eleventh year, the school will include approximately forty faculty and staff. To learn about our current faculty needs, visit the university's faculty openings page.
