As a graduate student, I worked as a Research Assistant at the University of
Iowa Evaluation & Examination Services for five years. I went to Hong Kong
in 1986 to join my husband, and worked at the Department
of Psychology in Hong Kong University as part-time lecturer. I took a
position as the Research Officer at the Center for Educational Development
in the Hong Kong Baptist University in 1987. In 1988 I accepted the offer
as an Assistant Professor in the Educational Psychology Department at the
University of Houston and moved back to the States. Our family moved to
the Dayton, Ohio in 1990 and I joined the Psychology Department at Cedarville
University in 1991.
