For non-science majors, an introduction to atomic structure, ionic and covalent bonding, stoichiometry, kinetic theory, solutions and equilibria, nuclear chemistry, nomenclature, structure, and reactions of organic compounds. Four lectures and one two-hour laboratory per week.
