GEOL-2100

The student will study the occurrence, associations, characteristics and crystal chemistry of common minerals. Laboratory work will emphasize identification and recognition of minerals. Prerequisite: GEOL-1110. Co-requisite: CHEM-1110. Three weekly lectures and one weekly lab experience.
