This course is a systematic study of the mechanisms that guide vertebrate development from a single cell to a multicellular organism. Morphological studies emphasize embryonic stages in selected vertebrates including: amphibians, birds, and mammals. Prerequisite: BIO-1120 General Zoology and Population Dynamics.
