“He has told you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justice, and to love kindness
And to walk humbly with your God?”
The Cedarville University School of Business Administration equips its students to become godly, professional businessmen and women who will use their career to make a difference in the world for Christ. The Micah 6:8 Scholarship helps to lessen the financial burden on these students while they complete their Cedarville education. This year, the School of Business awarded $1,000 scholarships to 15 students, and we hope to award more in the spring.
We have been challenged to raise $50,000 by a generous matching donor. We are pleased to announce that due to the generosity of donors we have hit the match, doubling the impact that the scholarship will have on students next year. Give today to impact our business students and continue the tradition of excellence in our School of Business.
The Micah 6:8 Scholarship and Endowment is the intersection of students excelling in leadership, ministry, internships, and academics, and donors affirming Cedarville students preparing to serve and lead with excellence in the world of business. I am grateful for the donors’ generosity and for the students’ excellence.”
Lt. Gen. Loren Reno (Ret), served in the United Air Force for 38 years before becoming the first Dean of the Cedarville University School of Business Administration in 2012. He was the senior Air Force Advisor to the Logistics Officer Association from 2009–2012 and has been a longtime member of several professional organizations.
Thank you so much for your generosity! Your kindness and this scholarship have really opened my eyes on other ways to give to and serve others. I am deeply considering giving back to Cedarville University after I graduate to help others receive a higher education and recognition for their hard work through a scholarship.

I was beyond thrilled to get the news of this scholarship. It won’t cover all of my costs, but every penny counts and I had been turned down for so many other scholarships that I knew this was God blessing me in ways that I never even expected. It was a reminder of how we as people can go looking for things that we think will help us and not realize that God has everything we need and all we truly need to do is to search for Him and trust that He will provide. He always has and always will and this was just another example of that in my life. Thank you for this beautiful reminder of His grace and love.

The Micah 6:8 Scholarship has helped affirm how I know and continue to believe that the Lord has a purpose for me and that I can make a difference in the world. All I can do is give the glory to God and praise Him for all he has done for me.

Attending Cedarville is a dream come-true for me, and an answer to many prayers. God has miraculously provided for me financially, which is made possible because of His work through you. If not for you, there is no way I could enjoy Cedarville’s many blessings.
