Friday, October 5

All day

Campus
'Spirit Day' just like high school? We don't think so! Get together with your favorite org, hall, or group of friends on Friday, October 5 and dress to support your campus, Yellow Jacket team, and all the great things we love about Cedarville University!

3 p.m.

Cedar Lake
Imagine competing in a boat race that requires you to build a boat using only 40 feet of cardboard and 100 meters of packing tape. Then, imagine having to take two engineers plus one passenger all the way across the lake on that boat. That's exactly what this year's freshman class of engineers will do during homecoming weekend. Hosted by the Elmer W. Engstrom Department of Engineering and Computer Science, this year’s race will take place on October 5 at 3 p.m. This event is open to everyone.

8 p.m.

DMC Jeremiah Chapel
Held in the Jeremiah Chapel of the DMC on Friday, October 5 at 8 p.m., the Praise Concert features most of the Department of Music and Worship’s vocal and instrumental groups, as well as performances by music faculty. This event is free and open to the public.

Follow the parade to the lake for further festivities, food, and fun at the CU by the Lake party!

10:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Cedar Lake
After the parade on Saturday morning, be sure to make your way to the Lake from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the party! We'll have food, games, and an all-around good time, and best of all ... all of your friends and favorite orgs will be there providing the goodies!
