When do I submit this form?

Please submit this completed form WITHIN ONE WEEK OF YOUR MINISTRY. Any requests received after this time frame will not be reimbursed. Students will be reimbursed for ONE trip to their ministry per week.

How will I get my reimbursement?

If your completed Confidential Application and Team Roster are on file with the Community Ministries Office, mileage will be reimbursed by direct deposit into your bank account or student account.

What is the current Reimbursement Rate?

Students are reimbursed $0.25/mile.

How long will it take to get my reimbursement?

Please allow at least 6-10 working days.
