Continuing Education
This symposium will provide four (4) contact hours of patient care CE and two (2) contact hours of Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved law CE.
The University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
Pharmacy continuing education credit will be earned based on participation in the program verified by completion of registration/attendance form. Program evaluations will be distributed for all program offerings. Participation in this program will be documented via CPE monitor within 60 days of the program offering. It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure credit is properly populating on their individual NABP eProfile account. Please contact the James L. The Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education has a formal grievance process to address any problems related to this program or its administration. (Effective January 2008). Preregistration deadline: May 10, 2019 at 4 p.m. EDT
Registrations after May 10, including at-the-door day-of registrations, are subject to a $10 late fee.
