To Whom It May Concern:

You have the unique opportunity to promote your organization by exhibiting during the Bioethics Conference 2011, Equipping for End of Life Ministry and Through the Roof Summit, at Cedarville University on September 15-17, 2011 while making the conference beneficial for all attendees.

An impressive assembly of leading experts in the field of bioethics an pastoral care (Joni Eareckson Tada, Chris Hook, Ben Mitchell and others) will provide biblical perspectives on the critical issues shaping the church as it relates to end-of-life and disability ministry. During the conference we seek to highlight other organizations that can help our conference attendees reach their goals. The cost for just exhibiting only for the entire conference/summit is $40. If you would like to attend the conference as well it will cost $110 for the whole conference/summit plus the exhibiting fee. Please indicate this on your registration.

As a registered exhibitor you will receive:

  • 8'x10' exhibit space with: 1 - 6' draped table with 2 chairs, wireless internet
  • 1 Complementary ticket to the Thursday night networking banquet and continental breakfast and lunch ticket will be provided for September 15th, 16th, and 17th. On Friday night we will be having a banquet with Joni Earickson Tada. You will need to register for the Friday night banquet for an additional charge.
  • Exhibitor logo placed in the conference notebook and on the conference website

We encourage you to consider a more direct means of promoting your organization to the conference attendees by being an event sponsor. Enclosed, you will find a list of the possible sponsorship events within the conference. Your organization will benefit from participating in the conference as an exhibitor and/or sponsor because of the niche opportunity this conference provides and the audience that will be attending this conference. Where will the exhibitors be located?

The exhibitors will be located in the Dixon Ministry Center Alumni Hall. The main plenary sessions and most of the breakout sessions will be located in this building so all conference participants will be in that building frequently.

What are the exhibit hours?

Exhibit hours will be during all breaks, sessions, meal times and during free time. Please visit the conference schedule page for more information.

When can I set up my booth?

  • Wednesday, September 14 between 1 – 5 p.m or Thursday, September 15 starting at 7:30 a.m.

What comes with my conference registration fee?

There are off campus accommodations available. All costs for off campus accommodations come at the expense of the exhibitor.

One 6' table and two chairs.

Is there a height limit on display? Width limit?

Booth size is 8'x10'x10'.

How many entrances are there to the Exhibit area?

The area is in an open lobby area right by the Keynote addresses.

Are there restrictions for hanging signs above our exhibit booth?

Due to the height of the room, you will not be able to hang signs above your exhibit booth.

The conference ends on Saturday, September 17, 2011, but you may dismantle your booth whenever it is convenient.
