Rebecca Hamilton earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from West Virginia University in 1990 and has worked in the field of non-profit management since that time. She has worked in fund development for several organizations including the American Red Cross. Since September 2006, Ms. Hamilton has served as Executive Director of Key Ministry. In that role, she has worked on building a network of Christian churches to provide free, rolling respite care for children with disabilities. Rebecca has also served in her home church, Fellowship Bible Church in Bainbridge, Ohio, organizing monthly respite events, called ‘Breathe.’ Ms. Hamilton resides with her husband and two teenage daughters in Auburn, Ohio.
Abby Hamilton is a sophomore at Kenston High School where she participates in cross country and track. In July, Abby led a team of 150 volunteers in hosting a Luau for over 80 adults with special needs. The event was held at Fellowship Bible Church in Bainbridge, Ohio, where Abby also volunteers for “Breathe”, the monthly respite program for kids with special needs. She hopes to pursue a future in occupational therapy, special education or a related field. Abby resides with her parents, her older sister, and her dog in Auburn, Ohio.
