Event Information

Who?

All junior agents in third through sixth grade and their head agents.

What?

Junior Jam is a one-day, high-energy event with music, games and hands-on activities. We’ll also serve lunch and include plenty of one-one-one time with our University students. This year your mission will be to Get Wise and learn how to use godly wisdom at home, in school or anywhere in the world!

When?

All agents will gather on Saturday, October 8, 2011. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the mission will be completed at 4 p.m.

Where?

Cedarville University - Cedarville, Ohio

Cost?

$20 per person includes lunch and all the activities! Training seminars for leaders are available throughout the day. Add $5 for a Junior Jam T-shirt.

What to Wear?

Students should wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Since the weather maybe cool, be sure to bring a jacket as some activities will be outside!

What to Bring?

Please ask students to bring as little as possible! There is very limited space available to store personal belongings.

Sponsors?

At least one sponsor should accompany students to Junior Jam. Sponsors will enjoy meeting the University student counselors assigned to your group and may participate in all of the activities of the day.

In addition,we will offer training seminars for leaders presented by the staff of Skyiew Ranch in Millersburg, Ohio. Please periodically check the website as the Leader Workshop schedule will be posted!

Registration?

Collect the $20 registration fee from each student and adult participant. Add $5 for each t-shirt. Return the group registration form by **Thursday, September 29, 2011 with your check made payable to Cedarville University or register online. We are unable to refund registrations after September 29, 2011. Late registration requests will be subject to additional charges.

We also encourage you to register early! We will limit attendance to the first 2,000 guests.

**A registration deadline is essential to prepare appropriate amounts of food, supplies, and volunteer group leaders for event attendees. Follow this deadline to make your Cedarville experience the best one possible!

Medical Release Forms?

Bring a Cedarville University medical release form signed by a parent or guardian for each student who comes to Junior Jam. These will be collected at registration. For students who bring the Cedarville medical release form, we will not require a registration card upon arrival. This will speed up your church's registration process. Thank you for your help in this matter!

**For churches that have their own medical release forms, we still require the Cedarville medical release as our registration form and as a release to care for student's medical needs during Junior Jam.

What to do next?

Download a registration packet, then promote Junior Jam with your junior age students!
Print a copy of the Junior Jam full color poster for your church.
