Event Information

Who?

Top high school students from across the nation.

What?

The Leadership Conference program includes presentations by Axis, powerful worship led by a student praise band, practical seminars to develop leadership skills, and a variety of fun activities. Throughout the weekend, students enjoy interaction with Cedarville campus leaders in a small group setting.

When?

Friday, January 20 at 3 p.m. through Saturday, January 21 at 5 p.m.

An early arrival campus visit option is available for students who wish to check in on Thursday evening or Friday morning. The general check-in time will be Friday, January 20 from 3-5 p.m. in the Dixon Ministry Center.

Cost?

$75 per student, includes meals and snacks, all sessions and seminars, small group activities, housing, and an event shirt.

Medical Release Forms

To enable us to care for medical needs that arise during Leadership Conference, each student must bring a medical release form signed by a parent or guardian when they come to campus.

Climbing Wall Waiver and Rules

Our climbing wall will be available on Friday evening during the kick back time, however each student must bring a signed waiver in order to participate. Students under the age of 18 must have their form signed by a parent or guardian. For more information about the climbing wall, please read over the rules.

Travel Information

As a courtesy to our prospective students who are visiting campus for events, the Admissions department subsidizes airport transportation costs. We offer service to and from Dayton and Columbus airports at a discounted rate of:

  • Dayton - $45 round trip
  • Columbus - $80 round trip

If you plan to travel by air and need transportation to and from the airport for the Leadership Conference, please click on the link below and fill out the Admissions Airport Transportation form.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to provide shuttle service for those who contact us after January 13, 2012.

What to Wear

Modest casual dress including nice jeans or khakis and nice shirts or sweaters are acceptable for Leadership Conference activities.

Registration

Return the registration form you received with your invitation by mail or register online. The registration deadline has been extended to Friday, January 13, 2012.
