Who?

Students who have applied to Cedarville for fall 2014

What?

A dynamic event designed to help you engage with other student leaders, grow your leadership skills and experience a taste of campus life at Cedarville

When?

The conference begins at 7 p.m. on Friday, January 17 and concludes at 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 18.

Early check-in is available from 8:30-10:00 a.m. on Friday morning if you are planning to attend the campus visit from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and the pre-conference leadership sessions from 4-6 p.m. 

The general check-in time is on Friday from 5-7 p.m. in the Dixon Ministry Center.

Housing on campus is optional but you can request to stay with a specific Cedarville student when you register.

Cost?

$75 per student includes meals, snacks, all sessions and seminars, small group activities, and an event shirt.

Medical Release Forms

To enable us to care for medical needs that arise during CORE, each student must bring a medical release form signed by a parent or guardian when they come to campus. This form must be completed separately from the online registration form and turned in when you check in on Friday.

Climbing Wall Waiver and Rules

Our climbing wall will be available on Friday evening during the kick back time, however each student must bring a signed waiver in order to participate. Students under the age of 18 must have their form signed by a parent or guardian. For more information about the climbing wall, please read over the rules.

Travel Information

As a courtesy to our prospective students who are visiting campus for events, the Admissions department subsidizes airport transportation costs. We offer service to and from Dayton and Columbus airports at a discounted rate of:

  • Dayton - $45 round trip
  • Columbus - $80 round trip

If you plan to travel by air and need transportation to and from the airport for CORE, please click on the link below and fill out the Admissions Airport Transportation form.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to provide shuttle service for those who contact us after January 3, 2014.

What to Wear

Modest casual dress including nice jeans or khakis and nice shirts or sweaters are acceptable for CORE activities.
