Kirk Martin
Kirk Martin is in his eleventh year as head women’s basketball coach at Cedarville University. He has quickly built the Lady Jackets into one of the top NAIA programs in the country, guiding CU to eight NAIA Division II national tournament appearances from 2003 through 2011 and back-to-back runner-up finishes in 2004 and 2005. Martin is a 36-year veteran of coaching basketball and was named NCCAA 2008 National Coach of the Year. He has a 269 -68 record at CU, having led the Lady Jackets to an NCCAA national title in 2008. In his previous 13 years as girls’ basketball coach at Southeastern (Ohio) High School, he built an impressive record of 297–34. He led the Trojans to the Ohio Division state championship in 1996.

Kari Flunker
Kari Flunker is in her second season as an assistant coach with the Lady Jackets. She returns to Cedarville where she made a name for herself as a three-time NAIA All-American on the hardwood. Flunker spent the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons at NCAA Division I Wisconsin-Green Bay. She was the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations for the Phoenix, who qualified for the NCAA Tournament each year. A two-time American Mideast Conference Player of the Year during her playing career from 2001 through 2005, Flunker is Cedarville’s second all-time leading scorer with 2,275 points and guided the Lady Jackets to three AMC titles and two NAIA Division II runner-up finishes.
