The Center for Biblical and Theological Studies will be the hub for your Master of Divinity program on our Ohio campus. This two-story structure features a homiletics laboratory, faculty office suite, collaboration rooms, computer laboratory, email stations, biblical archive gallery, and lounge and vending areas.

Cedarville University's 92-98 hour Master of Divinity program is priced at $399 per credit hour. This program is designed for full-time completion in 3 years.

Tuition Rate Program Requirements
$399 / credit* 92-98 credits

* Cedarville University graduate tuition rates are the same for residents and non-residents of Ohio. Graduate tuition rates are reviewed and adjusted annually. Tuition rates are effective from May 1 of the current year to April 30 of the following year.

Admissions Guidelines


Cedarville University is a Christ­centered learning community equipping students for lifelong leadership and service through an education marked by excellence and grounded in biblical truth.


  • Have a profession of faith in Jesus Christ
  • Hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution (minimum 2.3 GPA preferred)

Applicants must also affirm their commitment to the Cedarville Covenant and agree to abide by the graduate student handbook. Applicants should also review the University’s doctrinal statement to understand our beliefs and Christian heritage, which serves as the foundation for our community.


Each application is reviewed on an individual basis according to criteria established by the School of Biblical and Theological Studies. Applicants who present satisfactory evidence of their ability to perform at the graduate level are admitted to the M.Div. program.
