The Principalship: Early Childhood to Young Adolescence

This course will focus in issues which promote the effective operation of schools for early and middle grades. Promotion of the success of all students by quality management of school operations will include (1) developmentally appropriate design and use of facilities, (2) development of a safe, secure, and efficient learning environment, (3) nurture of a school culture conducive to learning, and (4) developmentally and legally appropriate day-to-day operational policies and procedures.
