The focus of this course is on professional role development and performance competence of the nurse in advanced clinical practice within the context of health care delivery system. The leadership aspects of the roles of advanced practice are emphasized in relation to health care delivery, policy formulation, legislation and finance for advanced practice. Principles and process of writing for publication are presented.
