Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

This area of focus will prepare you to provide primary care across the human lifespan. This specialty includes assessment, diagnosis, management and treatment of common acute and chronic health problems, health promotion, client and family education, and use of evidence-based research for meeting the needs for primary care and prevention. As a Cedarville graduate, you will be qualified to sit for the national certification AANP exam or ANCC exam and find employment as a family nurse practitioner.
