The School of Business Administration (SBA), in the College of Professions, invites applications for adjunct professors of business administration. The SBA is ACBSP-accredited and is comprised of 14 full-time and 5 part-time faculty members serving more than 300 business majors and minors. Administrative Assistant · Athletics

Cedarville University is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to oversee the administrative tasks associated with managing sixteen intercollegiate sports.  This is a part-time (1300 annual hours), non-exempt position that reports to the Athletic Director.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Answer the main telephone line for the Athletic Department
  • Collect and distribute office mail and perform the necessary interdepartmental tasks on campus
  • Coordinate transportation for Athletic teams when it pertains to a charter bus, athletics bus and use of Hidy cars
  • Assist the Athletic Director with the completion of employee evaluations
  • Oversee the annual updates to the athletic department Policy Handbook
  • Plan and setup special functions periodically (i.e. the Hospitality Room and Advisory Council meetings)
  • Assist the general public and CU faculty and staff with questions regarding the athletic department
  • Assist the Athletic Director with errands and tasks as assigned
  • Provide clerical support for the completion of UHR paperwork
  • Order office supplies and maintain work room paper goods
  • Provide setup and take down for CU Friday events

Position Requirements:

  • Possess excellent office support skills
  • Possess computer experience including word processing, database management and spreadsheets
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with graphics, presentations and computer network usage preferred
  • Ability to maintain a commitment to NCAA conference and University rule compliance

Position Description:

The Cedarville University School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy Practice invites applications for a faculty position as Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Pharmacy Practice, in the area of Social and Administrative Pharmacy. The University, under various sections of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (as amended) and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (as amended), reserves the right to discriminate on the basis of religion, marital status or gender (with regard to certain positions) where approved job description for a position indicates that the determination relates to a bonafide occupational qualification reasonably necessary to the normal operation of that particular position, or where the job description can demonstrate that the University is unable to reasonably accommodate an employee's religious observance or practice without undue hardship in the conduct of that position's responsibilities and activities.
