The purpose of the Cedarville University Fitness Program is to "CU Fit". We want to encourage you to develop healthy habits now which will last for years to come. Habits which will help you develop and maintain an appropriate level of physical fitness (and have fun doing so). Offerings include:
- Fitness Class Schedule: Schedule will be added by the end of August
- Turkey Trot 5K Race: November 16 at 12:30 p.m.
