The purpose of the Cedarville University Fitness Program is to "CU Fit". We want to encourage you to develop healthy habits now which will last for years to come. Habits which will help you develop and maintain an appropriate level of physical fitness (and have fun doing so). Offerings include:
- Fitness Class Schedule
- Group Exercise Classes
- Martial Arts/Self Defense Classes
- "Commit To Be Fit" (fitness challenge starting in January)
- 5K Races
- Great Pumpkin Chase: October 27 at 11:00 a.m.
- Turkey Trot: November 10 at 1:00 p.m.
- Spring Fling 10K: March 16 at 2:00 p.m.
