Drenched
A co-ed cardio strengthening class based on Tabata, a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). All fitness levels welcomed.
Spin Class
Spin Class is an intense upbeat workout on stationary bikes that is beneficial for any rider ranging from beginner to advanced. It is a 50 minute class that works every area of the body while building cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. This is a great opportunity to get a total-body workout while having a blast!
