1. Prior to partnering with Cedarville and its students, please fill out the employer application to ensure proper enrollment and forward to: Career Services, The Career Services Co-op Coordinator, 251 N. Main St., Cedarville, OH 45314.
2. Introduce your staff/management team to the Student Performance Evaluation form requesting periodic review of the student's performance.
3. Interact, as necessary, with the Career Services Co-Op coordinator, providing recommendations, concerns, and any other information pertinent to program improvement.
