Tuition refunds are granted on the following schedule for students withdrawing from the University before the end of the semester:
- 1st calendar week: 100% refund
- 2nd calendar week: 75% refund
- 3rd calendar week: 50% refund
- 4th calendar week: 25% refund
- 5th calendar week: 0% refund

Meal Plan (Board)
Charges will be refunded on a proportionate weekly basis. Meal plan weeks begin on Sunday and end on Saturday. Meal plan refunds are computed on the last day of residency.
Rooms are reserved for each student for an entire semester. No refund of room is made except in cases of severe illness (with a letter from a medical doctor) or incapacity.
Fees are not refundable except for withdrawals within the first calendar week of the semester.
