- This new default plan will automatically manage your investments
- Change in Investment Options
- Some investments will have lower costs
- New Account
- You’ll be enrolled in a new type of plan account with TIAA
- Plan Fees
- Lower costs may reduce what you pay in fees
- New Self-Directed Brokerage Option
- You’ll have access to additional investment choices
- Investment Advice
- You can continue to receive advice from a TIAA financial consultant or Millennium Advisory Services

Your Retirement Savings Plan
Your retirement benefits include an 8% contribution by Cedarville University to all participant pension accounts based on total earnings. Additionally, the University will match up to 4% of your voluntary contributions, dollar for dollar. See the details below:
