The Wellness Program invites you to participate in the Healthy Heart Research Project, which begins January 12, 2014
Healthy Heart Research Project is a 12 week program designed to help you be more active and stay active. The program is designed for people of all ages and abilities, and is open to all Cedarville University faculty and staff. If you've been thinking, "I need to be more active," Healthy Heart Research Project is a great opportunity to get started. If you're already active, sign up and be encouraged.
When you register for the research project, you can begin logging your daily exercise. We ask that you exercise at least 30 minutes on at least 4 days of the week.
The exercise intensity should be “moderate” as defined by brisk walking (3-4 miles per hour), jogging, running, cycling, exercise classes, swimming, or any other aerobic activity that elevates your heart rate.
