Web Browser

To access your network drive files through a browser:

1. Go to https://myfiles.cedarville.edu/oneNet/NetStorage.
2. Enter your Cedarnet username and password.

This method of connection uses a secure server.

FTP (H: drive access only)

WARNING: FTP connections are not secure. Your username and password are sent in a legible, plain text format easily captured. Do not use FTP to connect to your network drives with a wireless connection or off-campus.

Web Browser:

1. To download your H: Drive files through a browser, place the folowing information in the "Address" or "Location" box:
   ftp://s1234567@myftp.cedarville.edu/
      (replacing the number 1234567 with your ID)
   -- or (depending on the format of your login name) --
   ftp://johnksmith@myftp.cedarville.edu/
      (replacing the 'johnksmith' with your login name).
2. For password, simply use your Cedarnet password.

This method of connection does not use a secure server.

FTP Client:

You can access your H: drive through an FTP client.

1. For the site address, use
       myftp.cedarville.edu
2. For username and password, enter your usual CedarNet username and password.

This method of connection does not use a secure server.
