Eligibility
Providers set their own criteria for eligibility. Generally speaking, 'employee' means a person hired for a non-student position. Criteria for student eligibility vary by provider. Alumni are not eligible for these discounts.
Contract Length
Some providers automatically extend your current contract if you make a change (such as applying for a discount). This extension could range up to 24 months. If you have questions in this regard, please contact the provider.
