Confirm Your Enrollment
Submit your reservation deposit of $250 to activate your student record and ensure your enrollment. This deposit will reserve your place at the University.
The deposit is nonrefundable after May 1.
The following must be in place before your I-20 is created and shipped:
- Your deposit is paid.
- All of your application documents are in order:
For payment options, please refer to the Payment Deposit page. You will recieve an email from your admissions counselor confirming your reservation.
- Affidavit of support showing funds available to cover your first year's expenses
- Original blank documents (no scans or photocopies permitted) proving available funds
- Once all documents are in order, the International Student Services Office will create and ship your I-20. The I-20 is the document you need to apply for your F-1 student visa. Please visit the visa application website for more information.
Accepted students who are already in the United States and who have an active I-20 will need to request their Designated School Official (DSO) transfer their current I-20 to Cedarville University. Please fill out the following form then submit it to your current DSO for completion. Your current DSO should scan the completed form and email to Cedarville University International Student Services.

Access Your Cedarville Email Account
All Cedarville students are provided an email address using Google Mail. Become familiar with your University Google Mail account and make a habit of checking it frequently. All official email correspondence from the University will be sent to this account. Your Google username and password are the same ones you used for your online application process.
