Another attribute of a successful organization is one that stimulates individual creativity and innovation.
Growing organizations are marked by a culture of innovation.
- People like to know their ideas are valued and can make a difference.
- People will be more creative when they sense it is genuinely encouraged and rewarded.
- People see the creation of new ideas and the implementation of new programs as demonstrating the organization is going forward.
- People are more likely to be innovative when they are granted the freedom to succeed or fail.
