Cedarville, Ohio—The Cedarville University Concert Chorale will perform at the Uniting for Life Conference on Friday, January 18 in Columbus. The event, which will be held at Veterans Memorial Auditorium, begins at 7 p.m.
The Concert Chorale will sing in small groups as people enter the building and will perform during the conference. Their repertoire will include spirituals, anthems, and contemporary selections. The conference will conclude with the Chorale’s rendition of the moving Peace I Leave With You anthem.
Uniting for Life combines speakers, music, and prayer to inspire, educate, and re-energize the pro-life supporters of central Ohio. This year’s keynote speaker is Norma Jean McCorvey, the “Jane Roe” of the historic Roe v. Wade case. McCorvey will tell of her personal experiences in the pro-abortion movement and her conversion into a spokeswoman for unborn babies.
The conference is sponsored by Columbus Right to Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting life from conception to natural death. The event is free and open to the public; a freewill offering will be taken. For more information, call 614-644-1115.
