Cedarville University Student to Give Senior Music Recital

Cedarville, Ohio—Cedarville University student LeeAnn Senseney will present her senior saxophone recital on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 3 p.m. in the Recital Hall of the Dixon Ministry Center on the Cedarville University campus. A music performance major, Senseney will present various arrangements by Jean Francaix, Paule Maurice, Paul Bonneau, Phil Woods, and Jacques Ibert. Senseney, an alto saxophonist, will be accompanied by pianists Sarah Thengvall, a Cedarville University junior, and Lauren Shackelford, a Cedarville University sophomore. The daughter of Cedarville alumni Phil and Barb Senseney of Somers Point, N.J., Senseney is a 1999 graduate of Mainland Regional High School in Linwood. She has studied under Cedarville University`s Chet Jenkins, adjunct professor of saxophone, and Ron Poorman of Egg Harbor Township, N.J. Recital admission is free.
