Women of Vision to Learn About African HIV/AIDS Crisis

Cedarville, Ohio—On Tuesday, March 4, the Miami Valley Ohio Chapter of Women of Vision (WOV) will hold an educational presentation about the HIV/AIDS crisis of Zambia, Africa. The presentation begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Xenia Public Library Community Room, 76 E. Market St., Xenia. Attendees will hear from Constance Zyambo, an HIV/AIDS worker from Zambia, and the senior social work class of Cedarville University. The presentation will provide an overview of the crisis as well as specific issues that Zambian women and children face. The meeting is free and open to the public. With chapters in 11 states, WOV is committed to sharing God`s love by meeting the needs of poor women and children. The Miami Valley Ohio Chapter of WOV is a blended-age group, uniting female university students and various ages of community women in an effort to serve others. -30-
