Cedarville, OhioOn Tuesday, Nov. 9, Cedarville University will host a seminar focusing on helping women recognize and cope with holiday-related stress.
Deborah Holt, a licensed clinical counselor with Christian Counseling Associates in Huber Heights, will be the speaker. Holt holds a master`s degree in counseling from Wright State University and frequently leads workshops on the topic of women and stress management.
"The holiday season can be an especially stressful time for women as they feel self-imposed pressure to create the perfect experience for their families," Holt said. "This seminar will discuss what stress does to you and will explore strategies for reducing and managing expectations, especially around the holidays."
