Cedarville University Student To Give Senior Oboe Recital

Cedarville, Ohio—Cedarville University student Benjamin Haas will present his senior oboe recital on Saturday, Nov. 13 at 3 p.m. in the Recital Hall of the Dixon Ministry Center on the Cedarville University campus. A multi-age music education major, Haas will present various arrangements by Schumann, Saint-SaĆ«ns, and others. Haas will be accompanied by pianist Lauren Shackelford, a Cedarville University senior, and Allison Keller, a Cedarville University junior. The son of Daniel and Rachel Haas of Granite Falls, N.C., Haas has studied under Lisa Grove, adjunct professor of oboe at Cedarville University. Recital admission is free.
